Rentals FAQ

We do not offer pickup/delivery. Because of our extremely low rental rates, we require in person pickup of all equipment.

We do not offer setup, but we will gladly refer you to one of our clients who offers production.

We do not offer technicians on your job site, but we will gladly refer you to one of our clients who offers on site technicians. If you are renting a system for evaluation for an installation, we do have one of our install technicians who can be on site.

If you are renting for a longer period of time (for example summer rentals for outdoor clubs, or school year rentals for auditoriums) we offer installation. We also have a division Musically Yours Installations which offers permanent and temporary installations.

We don’t have an official policy, but we are socially conscious and look to help where we can.

Yes, we have daily, weekly, and monthly rates.

Rentals can be paid with Cash or major Credit card. Rentals must be paid in store with a major form of ID. A major Credit Card is required for all rentals.

Please fill out and bring a copy of our rental agreement form. Simply fill in the top section which has your info. Our rental advisor will ensure you have the gear you need for the application you will use it for. Can’t print it? now worries, you can email us the pdf, or we can give you a blank to fill out by hand in store!
